Implantable Lenses

Your refractive disorder can be corrected by implanting an extra lens into your eye like an internal contact lens.

The lens stays there permanently and gives you focused sight. The lens that is implanted into your eye provides the additional focusing power that was previously provided by your spectacles or contact lens.

The lens is introduced into the eye through a tiny incision and placed so that it lies between the natural lens and the back of the iris. Made to exactly fit the dimensions of your eye, the lens will give a safe and permanent way of correcting your sight. You are completely unaware of its presence.

The treatment of astigmatism is now possible with a new form of Lens which is specially made for your eye and placed in your eye in exactly the correct alignment to treat your astigmatism.
