One of the questions we get asked most is, how much does laser eye surgery cost at Yorkshire Eye Hospital? Our fees are simple and transparent. We do not lure in punters with a cheap advertised price only to reveal a significantly higher fee after they arrive. Our fees are our fees. There are no hidden extras or 'up-grades' when it comes to the price of laser eye surgery.
For laser eye surgery, we charge £3,000 (1,500/eye). We're not the cheapest, but we're not the most expensive either. This price includes:
If the price of laser eye surgery seems a bit overwhelming, there are financing schemes available, please ask your patient services advisor for more information.
WARNING: It is important to remember that some providers' prices are linked to prescription so costs escalate dramatically if yours is strong or even just average. This practice is particularly common among those providers advertising very 'low' prices.
In laser eye surgery, if you're looking for fast and cheap, we probably won't be able to help. We're not the biggest, we're not the cheapest and we certainly do not offer 'express' laser eye surgery.
Unlike the larger laser eye surgery chains, we don't have premises on most high streets around the country, we don't use part-time or contract surgeons, and we don't advertise the lowest prices or offer gimmicky discounts. Our aim is not to treat the largest number of people in the least amount of time.
Instead, we decided a long time ago to offer a service that focuses on what we believe matters most: the individual patient's experience.
The best way to determine why we charge what we do is to visit us for a complimentary consultation. If you have specific questions about financing your treatment, give us a call on 0845 409 2 409 and we can answer all of your questions.
